Medius House is located on Wardour Street in Soho and is Grade II listed. The building was originally used as a warehouse for the printing and bookbinding department of Novello Music Publishers.

The brief was to transform the entrance, reception, and office floors to create a building suited to media tenants in the heart of Soho. The total useable floor area of the building is approximately 60,000 sq ft.

A further consent was obtained in 2017 for a rooftop extension to Novello House. The extension is not visible in key street views however adds a further 1,000sqft to the rooftop and connects previously disjointed floors.
