Dan Tinto, Architect

Dan has previously worked for practices in Eindhoven, Edinburgh and most recently London. His previous experience includes working for a large architectural practice, working on projects with challenging briefs for a wide range of clients including local authorities; private developers; universities; and housing associations. He recently relocated to Glasgow where he joined RKA at the beginning of 2023.

He obtained a first class honours degree in Architectural Technology in Aberdeen and went on to study Architecture at the Mackintosh school of Architecture in Glasgow. He completed his part 3 education at the University of Westminster in 2017.

Dan is passionate about architecture that responds to its context both physically and environmentally. He is interested in the refurbishment, reuse and repurposing of historic buildings and enjoys designing architecture that brings people together.
