Our clients obtained the former TSB bank on the high street in Cupar, A Category C listed building with decorative front façade and large rear extension dating from the 1970’s.

RKA won an invited design competition for the refurbishment, extension and transformation of the building into the new headquarters for the charity.

Options in Life a re a fantastic charity that provides advocacy and support for individuals who have a learning disability and complex additional needs, and those who care for them. They promote education, training and healthy living, whilst helping young people to develop personal and life skills.
