Office Reception Transformation

133 Houndsditch is a reception refurbishment to the 5 storey office accommodation located a short walk from London Liverpool Street station.

We worked to retain as many finishes possible to minimise waste and the carbon footprint of the building. The floor was retained in it’s entirety with all wall cladding either retained and cleaned or retained and hidden with the new panelling.

The reception has been redesigned to create a warm welcoming environment. The perforated metal wall panels have an acoustic backing and timber frame to create a softer, friendlier approach, more suited to an environment to pause, have a coffee, meeting and create a buzz at the entrance of this 300,000 sq ft building.
