This listed warehouse in Central Leeds is to be transformed into contemporary office space by RKA. Located in Millennium Square this building originally housed printing presses and was one of the first buildings in Leeds to have electricity.
Our solution was to work with what we had, which was pretty spectacular – very tall ceilings, exposed brickwork. exposed cast iron structure – and create an interior that took reference from this.
A new zinc clad extension to the East provides amenity space to a new terrace. A place of tranquillity in the middle of the busy city.
