Cellardyke Shore Street

A listed house with sea views in Cellardyke. Our client needed more ground floor social space and a separate kitchen and dining room.
Our solution has cut into the stone at the rear of the site and has excellent height to enable garden views and a glazed slot against the original stone wall to achieve a lightweight connection between the extension and stone house.
Listed building consent successfully achieved. On Site, due for completion in 2023.
