Eilidh joined the team in 2023 on her Part 1 placement, having received a BArch with Distinction from Dundee University. She is now studying for her Part 2 at Strathclyde University. Having grown up across 6 countries, Eilidh has a personal interest in creating architecture that defines a sense of place and belonging, especially by looking at the local vernacular.<\/p>\n
Eilidh\u2019s third year thesis posed the question whether Biomimetic architecture was the answer to designing inherently sustainable buildings, as her main drive for studying architecture is in the pursuit of a more sustainable industry that can adapt to the environmental crisis.<\/p>\n
Eilidh is now a member of the RKA sustainability group and has really enjoyed getting to apply her research and passion for sustainability to projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
